A representative of University of Technology Sydney Frederic Vuillemot visited MPEI

The International Administration informs that on the 26th of May, 2017 a representative of University of Technology Sydney (UTS) Frederic Vuillemot visited National Research University "Moscow Power Engineering Institute". Natalya Konovalova - a representative of the Australian Trade and Investment Commission, the business development manager in Russia and the CIS also took part in the meeting.

The purpose of this visit was discussion of numerous issues concerning the cooperation between Universities.

In frames of the visit a meeting with MPEI Vice Rector on research activity Dragunov Victor and Head of Department "Center of the international cooperation and scientific and technical information" Prudnikova Yulia was held.

Prudnikova Yulia made the presentation about scientific achievements of MPEI. 

During the meeting there were reached the agreements on mutually beneficial cooperation between two Universities in various spheres of activity, in particular, joint scientific research in the field of power engineering, environmental protection, information technologies, etc. Parties noted their interest in exchange of Ph.D.-students and scientists. ​
