Representatives of National Central University of Taiwan paid a visit to MPEI

On the 1st of October 2019 the staff members of National Central University of Taiwan (NCU) Fa-Zheng Ling, Head of Department of Electric Engineering, Honorable President of Taiwan Smart Energy Association (TSEA), and Chen-Yi Chen, associate professor of Department of Electric Engineering and member of the TSEA.

NCU is now a part of the leading group of Universities in Taiwan. It consists of 8 study complexes and comprises 8 scientific research centers.

In frames of the presentation and tour round MPEI the Deputy Head of the Department of Hydro Power and Renewable Energy Sources Alexey Vas’kov showed the laboratories of HPRES Institute.


Rinat Nasyrov, the deputy head and associate professor of Electric Power Engineering Department conducted an excursion at the test labs of the electric power quality.

Head of the Department of Relay Protection Alexander Voloshin spoke about the Department and showed its essential equipment.

The delegates of National Central University of Taiwan expressed their gratitude for the opportunity to get acquainted with MPEI and their hope for further active and fruitful cooperation in the educational and scientific fields.
