MPEI took part in foundation of Association of Universities of Russia and Armenia

On 3-4.11.2015 MPEI delegation including Vice-Rector on International Relations Zamolodchikov V. and Head of International Administration Shirinskii S. participated in the Forum of Rectors of the Russian and Armenian educational organizations of higher education "Development of Russian-Armenian relations in education, science and technologies". The forum took place in Yerevan within the IV Russian-Armenian interregional forum "Russia. Armenia. Euroasian economic union. New prospects of interregional cooperation".

During the forum there was made a decision to establish the Association of educational organizations of higher education of Russian Federation and Republic of Armenia. MPEI was a part of the Association for assistance to formation and realization of joint educational programs, the organizations of network and bilateral cooperation, development of academic mobility and other forms of cooperation with Universities of Armenia.

Now the main partner of MPEI in Armenia is Russian-Armenian (Slavic) University where MPEI already studies issues of the organization of joint educational programs for such programs of the magistracy as "Power of heat technologies", "Optimization of structures, parameters and the modes of systems of power supply and increase of efficiency of their functioning" and "Power plants and substations".
