Summer meeting of the SCO University Energy Working Group

In June 2023 there was a summer meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) University Working Group on Energy in absentee format. Representatives of MPEI, Novosibirsk State Technical University, South Ural State University, and Ural Federal University took part in the work.

At the meeting it was decided to resume the competition for the best thesis among the graduates of joint SCO University programs in the energy field. The first competition was held in 2021, at the same time the procedure for the first and second stages of the competition was developed.

The competition is held separately for bachelor and master graduates and separately for each study field. Information about the competition results is published on MPEI website and contains not only the names of the winners but also the title and a brief abstract of the work, and supervisors’ names.
