MPEI Branch in Dushanbe (Tajikistan Republic) organized the scientific conference “Relevant Problems of Energy Saving, Energy Effectiveness and Energy Safety”

At April 2nd within the limits of the activity cycle, which is devoted to the Days of Russian Science, in Russian Center of Science and Culture (Dushanbe city) the scientific conference was held under title “Global Problems of Energy Effectiveness, Energy Saving and Energy Safety”. MPEI Branch was represented by the leading experts of MPEI in this area. Tajik side was represented by the Head of Rossotrudnichestvo Agency in Tajikistan Vladislav Kurnushko, his Deputy Yuri Ismailov, the Head of Trade Representatives’ of Russia in Tajikistan Mikhail Korablin, main specialists-experts and the press-secretary of Russian Trade Representatives, Deputy Minister of Energetic and Water Resources Djamshed Shoinov, Deputy of the Chied-Engineer and the press-secretary of Sangtudinsk HPS-1 Khisrav Shorakhmatov and Timur Negmatov, Chief specialists of the Tajik Ministry of Industry and New Technologies Shakhnoza Kaiumova and Asimdjon Nazarov, Heads of Engineering Labs, leading engineers-energetic of the Open Joint Holiding Company “Barki Tochik”, specialists of the Tajik Energetic Institute, TPP-2, as well as teachers and students of MPEI Branch, NITU MISIS Branch, Faculty of Energetic of Tajik Agriculture University named after N. Shotemur, Kurgan-Tubinsk State University named after N. Husrava, Tajik Technical University named after M. Osimi and Technologic University of Tajikistan, representations of press.

The Round Table was headed by V. Kurnushko and the Director of MPEI Branch in Dushanbe Sagid Abdulkerimov.

Tajik Deputy Minister of Energetic and Water Resources D. Shoimov made a complimentary speech, who told about thankful words to organizers of scientific conference for high level of conference participators in the persons of famous Russian scientists in energetic, heads of Ministries and Agencies of Tajuikistan. 

Professor, Dr. Sci., Chief Scientific Expert, corresponding-member of Russian Academy of Sciences Alexander Victorovich Klimenko with serious report “Energy Consumption in the World: Main Tendencies and Prospects”, who highlights the main tendencies of Russia and Tajikistan development in the field of energy consumption, attracting the specific attention on possibilities of the renewable energy sources in the modern world. The report was accompanied by  slide demonstration, which clearly showed the fact how energy consumption changes the world and it caused a great interest.

Not less interest was caused by the report about relevant problems of energy effectiveness. Energy saving and energy safety, which was made by Deputy Head of Scientific-Engineering Innovation Center of energy-saving technologies (SEICEST) Ph.D. Sergey Petrovich Manchkha, which informed participants in detail about developed together with Tunisia partners patents for new technologies not-required large expenses.

The Director of SEICEST made a report about development of Centers of Joint Utilization of Energy-Saving Technologies as the strategic direction of energy saving PhD Gennadiy Alexandrovich Romanov, who informed about activity of Center of Training and retraining experts etc.

During the Round Table there was a report of MPEI Head of the Control and Informatics Department Dr.Sci. Professor Alexander Vladimirovich Bobriakov («Information Support of Energy Consumption and Energy Saving Processes in the Economic Branches Financed from the State Budget".
