III Youth Forum for the Universities members of USCO 2018

​Belgorod National Research University received more than 200 representatives of the educational facilities from five countries-members of USCO. The participants came to discuss the problems and prospects of the cooperation of students and young scientists from the SCO in the educational, scientific and business domains.

The representative from MPEI side at the forum was the specialist of the department of International relations of MPEI Dmity Botin.

On the final session a resolution of the Forum has been taken into consideration as a basic prospect. One of the key ideas mentioned there was the growing importance of the USCO with the understanding of the special role of the next generations in working out the priorities of collaboration. The significant projects that promote youth desires to build a strong and peaceful space of SCO are Youth map of SCO, Point of Growth and a number of initiatives of launching the international business incubators and others.

Resolution also states the value of the breakthrough to a new level of practical collaboration between students and young scientists by the extending the amount of joint research, laboratories, centers and in humanities disciplines – by creating unions and alliances.

Rector of BSU Oleg Polukhin has expressed his gratitude to MPEI and personally to MPEI Rector Nikolay Rogalev for the support of the Forum and concern for development of SCO on the ways of education, science and people’s culture.
