Verification of MPEI documents (diplomas) and
the years of attendance, as well as verification of scientific degree:
To confirm documents (diplomas) issued by MPEI
and degrees to verifying foreign companies, the following documents should be
sent to MPEI via alumni@mpei.ru
:
1. An
official request on the auditing company's letterhead (it is obligatory)
2. Consent
to personal data processing, signed personally by the candidate (alumnus) (it is obligatory)
3. Copy
of diploma(s) (if possible)
Confirmation of the years of attendance at MPEI
to students who have not completed their university studies:
To confirm the years of attendance at MPEI to
students who have not graduated from MPEI, to verifying foreign companies, the
following documents should be sent to MPEI via alumni@mpei.ru :
1. An
official request on the auditing company's letterhead (it is obligatory)
2. Consent
to personal data processing, signed personally by the candidate (alumnus) (it is obligatory)
Archive certificates of study for international
students and Ph.D.-students:
To obtain an archive certificate of study in
English or in Russian, MPEI alumni should send a 
personal statement scan to alumni@mpei.ru - e-mail of Directorate for International Relations
or apply in person to Mrs. Oksana Yurievna BIBICHEVA, Chief Specialist of
Directorate for International Relations, room A-229.
Evaluation of diplomas
issued by MPEI in World Education Services, WES (America, Canada):
There is a secure electronic submission channel
between MPEI and WES. All MPEI alumni (foreign and Russian) can use this way to
submit documents to WES. This calls for emailing to ViolentyML@mpei.ru a request to
send the required materials that will be attached to this e-message in pdf
format (in colour). You should also provide your WES registration number that
is assigned to a particular alumnus during the registration.
