MPEI improves cooperation with Bolivia03.11.202128 October, 2021, within the support of Rosatom, an online conference was carried out by the representatives of Russian education together with the colleagues from Bolivia on studying of Bolivian students in Russian Universities. Members of the conference also discussed the development projects in the fields of energy storage, power sources and adjacent topics. From the Bolivian part, the spokesmen were Ronald Veizaga, director on nuclear technologies of the Ministry of Hydrocarbon and Power Industry, and representatives of the State University of El Alto city.MPEI officials Alexander Tarasov, Vice-Rector on International Relations, and Irina Sazonova, specialist of the International Relations Department, reported on the topic of “Actual academic programs and opportunities at MPEI”. After discussing the interests and answering the questions of both sides, Bolivian officials expressed their desire for mutual cooperation with the Russian side upon the creation of new educational programs and other possible collaboration between Russian and Bolivian Universities.
