the Russian-Vietnamese Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic,
Scientific and Technical Cooperation: strategy for launching the project was
adopted (protocol of April 06, 2017, Hanoi, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam)
- The 33rd session the
Bureau of Coordinating Committee of the Joint Russian-Vietnamese Tropical Research
and Technology center: number of areas of training personnel within the
consortium were considered (protocol of July 07, 2023, the Russian Federation)
GOALS:

development of Russian education exports;

improvement of the quality of personnel training with
higher technical education for the Vietnamese economy;

expansion of opportunities for Vietnamese citizens to
receive a modern higher professional education;

expansion of Russian-Vietnamese relations in the education,
science and technology fields;

processes in the scientific and educational sphere.
OBJECTIVES:
