in Russia", Rossotrudnichestvo, 11 consortium members, 50 universities -

The Consortium "It’s time
to study in Russia!" is a voluntary association of educational
organizations of higher education on the basis of common interests for joint
implementation of goals and objectives.
The Consortium is guided by
the current legislation of the Russian Federation, provisions of the Concept of
the Olympiad "It’s time to study in Russia!" held in foreign
countries for foreign citizens and compatriots selected for higher education in
Russia. The Concept is approved by the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of
Independent States, Compatriots Living Abroad and International Humanitarian
Cooperation "Rossotrudnichestvo" and coordinated with the Ministry of
Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
The Consortium's activities
are based on the principles of voluntariness, openness and self-governance.
NUST "MISIS" and
MPEI, with the support of Rossotrudnichestvo, initiated the systematic
organization of events abroad to select final year students of national
secondary schools to study in Russian universities. During this time, selection
events were organized and information campaigns were conducted in 13 near and
far abroad countries, including China, Vietnam, Mongolia, Ethiopia, Kazakhstan
and others. The Concept of the Olympiads was developed that was agreed by the
Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and was approved by
Rossotrudnichestvo.

The main ideology of the
Olympiads "It’s time to study in Russia!" is to unite the efforts of
Russian universities, Rossotrudnichestvo and the Ministry of Education and
Science of the Russian Federation for the export of educational services. It
should be noted that the Сonsortium is open for new
members.
